1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using JustSocialPost ("Service"), operated by Grant Corporation ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JustSocialPost provides AI-powered social media content creation and publishing services. We create and publish content on behalf of clients across multiple social media platforms based on client-provided brand guidelines and preferences.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• All plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle.
• Prices are in USD: Spark ($149/mo), Blaze ($299/mo), Inferno ($499/mo).
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a complimentary first week. If you cancel before your first billing date, you will not be charged.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate brand information during onboarding.
• Authorize us to post on your connected social media accounts.
• Ensure you have the right to use any logos, images, or content you provide to us.
• Maintain valid payment information.
• Comply with the terms of service of each social media platform.

6. Content Ownership

• Content created by our AI for your brand is yours to use.
• We retain the right to use anonymized/aggregated data for service improvement.
• We do not claim ownership of your brand assets, logos, or materials you provide.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Create or distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others.
• Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary outages, social media platform changes, or third-party service disruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTSOCIALPOST AND GRANT CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grant Corporation and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your content publishing will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.
